Hired Patty to help with my SSDI claim. She started off good with contact and paper work. Then she was feeding me misinformation, not returning phone calls, too busy to talk. I requested copies of my file and she refused. If this is what she does for a living then why does she not know about the laws and rules. She is not an attorney and she does not know how to help and win your case. I changed to an attorney and found out about a lot of mis information. DON'T HIRE HER!!! I know need to take legal action since she refuses to give me my file with all my medical records..
